When can I contact the Customer Service team?
We are happy to help you Monday - Wednesday - Saturday 10.30 - 14.30 and Thursday - Tuesday - Friday 10.30 - 20.30.
How can I find my ring size?
If you wish to buy an adjustable ring, no size is needed. Otherwise, you may check the article which is dedicated to “how to find your ring size” or visit our showroom to be measured with a ring mandrel.
It’s necessary to create an account to proceed to a purchase?
No, you can proceed to checkout as a guest.
How do I create a user account?
On the top right corner of every page of our site you can find “Log In/ Register” button (in mobile version you may also find it in the bottom of the burger menu). When you open it, you have to fill in your first & last name, your email and your password. From there you can access:
- your account, where you can edit your username and password
- your order history
- your addresses
- your cart
- your wish list
In case you forgot your password, you could create a new one easily. Visit “My account”, choose the option I forgot my password, fill your contact e-mail and shortly you will receive an e-mail redirecting you to the “Password reset” page to create a new one.
When I will receive my order?
All orders placed are dispatched within 2 working days. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Order processing, shipment and deliveries do not take place over the weekends or public holidays. For Agapis Jewellery public holidays are: 1st and 2nd of January, 6th of January, 25th of March, Orthodox Easter (from Good Friday until Easter Monday), 1st of May, 15th of August, 28th of October, 24th – 26th and 31st of December.
Delivery time varies according to the destination country and its specific customs authority regulations:

What are the delivery costs?
The shipping cost of your order is automatically calculated before you move to the step of payment. Below, you may find the typical prices:

In case of cash on delivery (only for domestic orders) the extra charge is €1.5 and the delivery is free on orders over €40 (only for domestic orders).
Potential import charges are paid by the customer (outside of EU countries).
